Tradisibet Terms & Conditions – User Guide for Malaysia's Betting Platform

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By registering an account or using any Tradisibet service, you hereby agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the Tradisibet platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Tradisibet ("Platform"). This document should be read together with Tradisibet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the entire agreement between both parties.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use Tradisibet, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Register only one (1) account per individual — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Tradisibet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your identification card, utility bill, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

4Withdraw Funds

Withdrawals at Tradisibet are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (or an alternative method verified and approved by the Tradisibet team).
• Accounts must have completed the full KYC process before the first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 to 60 minutes on business days. Withdrawals submitted on weekends or public holidays may take longer to process.
• Tradisibet reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 within a day.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Tradisibet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following terms unless stated otherwise:

• Rollover/Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be rolled over the specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted. For example, a RM50 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement means you must place a total of RM500 in bets before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has its own validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward rollover requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and roulette may only contribute 10%–20%. Full details are available in the terms of each promotion.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Tradisibet reserves the right to void a bonus if there are signs of abuse, including deliberate low-risk betting intended to fulfil wagering requirements.

6Sports Betting Rules

The Tradisibet Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, IPL cricket, e-sports, and more. General betting rules are as follows:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under circumstances specified by Tradisibet's policy.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Tradisibet reserves the right to void or suspend a bet if a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled time.
• In-play bets are subject to additional time limits set by the system. If a disconnection occurs during an in-play session, any bets confirmed prior to the disconnection remain valid.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any other unfair means to gain an advantage in betting is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

7Casino Games & RNG

All casino games at Tradisibet — including slots, roulette, table games, and live casino — are operated in accordance with strict industry standards:

• RNG (Random Number Generator) games use a random number generator that has been certified by an independent auditing body to ensure the fairness and randomness of every outcome.
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment and wheels, monitored continuously via high-definition cameras.
• Tradisibet is not liable for any losses resulting from an interruption to the user's internet connection during a live gaming session.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value displayed for each game is a long-term theoretical figure and does not guarantee results for any individual session.

8Account Management & Closure

Tradisibet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any user account in the following circumstances:

• Identity fraud or the provision of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Use of funds suspected to be proceeds of illegal activity (money laundering).
• Attempts to exploit technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities.
• Collusion, use of bots, or any form of cheating during gameplay.
• Abusive behaviour, threats, or harassment directed at the support team or other users.

Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the Tradisibet support team. Any remaining funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days, subject to the resolution of all outstanding matters.

9Responsible Gaming

10Tradisibet's Liability Limits

Tradisibet shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from:

• Technical failures beyond Tradisibet's control, including third-party internet service disruptions.
• Betting losses resulting from the user's own wagering decisions.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in sports information or statistics displayed by third-party sources.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the payment service provider.

In all circumstances, Tradisibet's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the submission of a claim.

11Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Tradisibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to users. Notice will be provided via:

• In-platform notification upon the user's next login.
• Email to the registered address (if email was used for registration).
• Announcements on the Tradisibet homepage.

Any amendments will take effect 7 days after notice has been given, unless urgent circumstances require immediate amendments for security or legal compliance purposes. Continued use of the Tradisibet platform after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
